About this template

An acknowledgment or receipt records that a party received something—payment, equipment, documents, or notice—on a stated date. Useful for handoffs and simple proof of delivery.

It is not a bank statement, notarial certificate, or court filing. Keep amounts and descriptions accurate.

Blocked types such as wills and notarized deeds must not be processed through Sign.
